Additionally, manage materials required by Production for overhead crane manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning. · Track and validate progress of various projects at each stage of the Production process and eliminate process bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow. · Send progress reports to Sales, Installation, Billing, and Collections, according to commercially negotiated terms and conditions specified in the purchase order. · Validate Quality Control release of equipment, cranes, and welding processes for the various projects under manufacturing. · Confirm shipping or dispatch requests for the various projects, notifying Warehouse, Installation, Billing and Collections, Logistics, and Purchasing for assignment of tracking numbers and documentation. · Submit weekly project priorities to Monterrey Production. · Participate and collaborate in meetings with various teams involved in projects to meet scheduled delivery deadlines. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 3–5 years, verifiable in Project Management: initiation, planning, execution, supervision, monitoring, control, and closure.
