We are currently seeking a ***“PROJECT ANALYST”*** to carry out the following activities: **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Monitor project progress for overhead crane manufacturing, ensuring timely completion within established quality standards, and guaranteeing efficiency and achievement of goals set for the production area and project tracking. **POSITION FUNCTIONS** · Review orders in SAP Business One for the development of various projects. · Identify, together with Management and Commercial Direction, project planning priorities, and communicate these priorities and urgencies to Production. · Trigger high-impact findings in engineering drawings and diagrams prior to or during the overhead crane manufacturing process with Production. · Identify and communicate the critical path, including pending deliverables from manufacturing schedules, to ensure project delivery deadlines are met. · Update manufacturing schedules according to Production progress and notify changes to delivery dates. · Generate manufacturing orders (MO) in SAP Business One, identifying the type and number of the project for traceability. · Participate and collaborate in daily and weekly meetings with the Production team to schedule active manufacturing projects and assign priorities. · Manage equipment and component loading in SAP Business One, validated with Sales and Warehouse for each project. Additionally, manage materials required by Production for overhead crane manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning. · Track and validate progress of various projects at each stage of the Production process and eliminate process bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow. · Send progress reports to Sales, Installation, Billing, and Collections, according to commercially negotiated terms and conditions specified in the purchase order. · Validate Quality Control release of equipment, cranes, and welding processes for the various projects under manufacturing. · Confirm shipping or dispatch requests for the various projects, notifying Warehouse, Installation, Billing and Collections, Logistics, and Purchasing for assignment of tracking numbers and documentation. · Submit weekly project priorities to Monterrey Production. · Participate and collaborate in meetings with various teams involved in projects to meet scheduled delivery deadlines. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** 3–5 years, verifiable in Project Management: initiation, planning, execution, supervision, monitoring, control, and closure. Proficiency in methodologies: Agile, SCRUM, Lean, Six Sigma White Belt, SMART, CPM for projects. **Competencies / Skills:** Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Results-Oriented, Effective Communication, Self-Management, Adaptability to Change, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, and Team Leadership. **Technical Competencies:** Technical English proficiency, ERP SAP B1, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD (Viewer), Preparation of progress reports and manufacturing schedules, Interpretation of Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering drawings, as well as proficiency in Project Manager. **EMPLOYMENT OFFER** Gross monthly base salary: $15000 to $17000, depending on experience 30-day Christmas bonus 60% vacation bonus Life insurance Punctuality and attendance bonus starting from the 2nd month 8% food vouchers starting from the 2nd month School support in July for children aged 3–18 Vacation time Social security **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Interested?
