Job Summary: We are seeking a manufacturing supervisor to ensure production, monitor processes, and foster personnel development in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and monitor production in a manufacturing company 2. Promote team training and best practices 3. Actively participate in committees and special projects REQUIREMENTS: * Male or Female * Age: 24 years and older * Education: Bachelor's Degree/Engineering * Marital Status: Any * Experience: Minimum 1 year as supervisor in a manufacturing company * Availability to work rotating 3 shifts JOB FUNCTIONS: * 1.1 Review the production schedule/machinery/staff/raw materials * 1.2 Ensure adherence to the production schedule. * 1.3 Guarantee compliance with the technical specifications of each product * 1.4 Monitor and record production every 2 hours * 1.5 Deliver production in optimal condition. * 1.6 Reconcile production with warehouse at the end of each shift. * 1.7 Analyze production and waste with direct supervisor. * 1.8 Promote training and best practices. * 1.9 Make decisions in case of emergency. * 1.10 Schedule employee vacations together with department head. * 1.11 Participate in committees, meetings, and special projects requiring their collaboration.
