




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with basic HR knowledge for a manufacturing company, responsible for payroll processing, incident handling, employee onboarding and offboarding, and administrative support. Support in Human Resources functions **A manufacturing company specializing in packaging is currently seeking:** **A Payroll Assistant with basic HR knowledge.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience managing payroll and pre-payroll processes * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems (preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving weekly and biweekly payroll data and incident reports * Calculating provisional payments * Tracking absences, tardiness, medical leaves, and vacation days * Validating employee onboarding and offboarding (internal staff and/or specialized service providers) with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and applicable legal framework * Periodically updating the employee onboarding manual for new hires * Providing support in processing FONACOT loan applications **WE OFFER** Monthly salary: $13,000.00 to $15,000.00 net, depending on qualifications Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Flexibility to alternate tasks between plant and corporate office **\*\*IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS, APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL\*\*** Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed secondary education (preferred) Work location: On-site employment
