Participation in departmental improvement **Company**: A 100% Mexican company is seeking your talent as a Security Guard in QUERÉTARO, working on a 24x48 shift. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma * Gender: Unrestricted * Must reside in QUERÉTARO * MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION **Responsibilities:** * Carry out all instructions assigned by the shift supervisor. * Perform duties orderly and in strict adherence to established guidelines. * Sign updated custody records for equipment assigned to their service. * Safeguard company facilities and assets using all available technological and human resources, including conducting internal and external patrols within their assigned area. * Restrict, limit, monitor, or condition entry or exit of personnel, materials, and vehicles that fail to comply with the guidelines set forth in this manual. * Hand over the shift properly and receive the incoming shift punctually and correctly. * Maintain a courteous, friendly, and consistently positive attitude at all times, acting professionally. * Perform assigned responsibilities promptly and accurately, as directed by their supervisor within their designated role. * Comply with and follow up on all instructions issued by their authorized immediate supervisor. * Participate in departmental improvement. **Required Skills:** * Teamwork * Organized * Proactive * Responsible * Effective communication. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Bonus scheme * Uniforms * 30 days’ year-end bonus * Life insurance * Personal protective equipment * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
