Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Supervisor to coordinate security personnel, design strategies, ensure compliance with protocols, control incidents, and prepare reports. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the security field. * Knowledge of proper firearm usage. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to drive (manual and automatic transmission) and valid driver’s license. * Flexible availability for work hours.
