Promotion of continuous improvement **Reputable Graphic Arts Company** Seeking an **Offset Printing Supervisor** **Requirements:** MINIMUM TWO YEARS OF PROVEN SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN OFFSET PRINTING ON HEIDELBERG MACHINES Age: 25 to 45 years old, preferred High school diploma or equivalent Gender: Unrestricted Proficiency in Excel Personnel management skills Proficiency in using measurement instruments (densitometer, alcoholmeter, pH meter, micrometer) **Responsibilities:** Supervising the printing process and quality assurance for print jobs Monitoring operational issues and mechanical failures Providing on-machine approval (TONES, REGISTRATION, IMPOSITION, ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO PLOTTER, CORRECT SUPPLIES) Implementing continuous improvements Problem-solving capability Managing personnel incidents Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
