Because why not do it all? **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------------- * Technical Support * + Provide technical support and guidance to customers, sales teams, and internal departments regarding product applications and specifications (remote \& on\-site). + Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product\-related issues in the field (visits). * Application Engineering: + Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. + In collaboration with the APT Line Manager, provide feedback to engineering and product development teams on product performance and potential improvements. * Market Research: + Technical garage visits to detect potential products to integrate with market references (competitors offering, availability \& physical\-technical differences). + OE dealers visit to complete product information of new applications and catalog validation of current portfolio through OE number references. + Spare Parts Shop visits to collect identified samples for benchmark tests, product identification, or product development. + Technical garage visits to validate and record installation procedure as OE guidelines to add value through catalogue data and technical bulletins. + In collaboration with the APT Line Manager conduct on\-site visits to customer locations for product installation, training sessions, and support. + Participate in Tradeshows visits and specific (on\-site) events focused on technicians and end users’ interaction, market and target customer needs understanding focus on product data clarification or product identification. * Technical Documentation: * + Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, application notes, and technical bulletins. + Assist in ensuring that product documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations. * Cataloging Assistance: + Product data maintenance to ensure accuracy of our product catalogs, including specifications, attributes, part numbers, and descriptions. (images, product placement, etc). **Requirements and Preferred Skills** ------------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree. * 2\-4 years of experience **in application engineering, product support, product identification** (sales), or a related technical role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Desirable Excel Advanced. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Maintaining high data quality. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast\-paced environment. * Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and projects, plants, trade shows, customer visits, DC, technical visits. * Intermediate Full English Proficiency.
