**Maintenance Technician** Monthly salary: $13,500 MXN Interlabel, a leading Mexican graphic arts company, socially responsible enterprise and ISO 9001 certified, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its production team. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to established manuals and schedules. * Detect, analyze and propose solutions to failures in production equipment. * Report equipment or infrastructure malfunctions or unusual behavior promptly. * Coordinate maintenance activities with the production department. * Record work orders and failure analysis in the system (MP Empresarial). * Manage maintenance services provided by external suppliers. * Maintain order, cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment. * Comply with safety, hygiene and personal protective equipment regulations. * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as customer visits. * Contribute to reducing downtime, waste and recurring failures. **We offer:** * Monthly salary of $13,500. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Performance bonus. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Job stability and professional growth.
