Seeking a **Human Resources Manager** for a leading private security company. **Department:** Human Resources **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 8:00–13:00 hrs **Position Objective** *Lead and coordinate human talent management strategies, ensuring efficient recruitment, selection, training, and personnel development processes aligned with the objectives of the private security company.* **Main Responsibilities** * Design and execute recruitment and selection plans for operational and administrative staff. * Supervise the administration of psychometric tests and selection interviews. * Coordinate onboarding and initial training processes. * Implement human resources policies and procedures in accordance with current labor legislation. * Manage personnel files and ensure timely updating of required documentation. * Promote a positive work environment and talent retention strategies. * Collaborate with management on strategic workforce planning. * Supervise compliance with safety, ethics, and confidentiality standards in handling personnel information. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (degree holder). * Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within private security companies or similar sectors. * Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and applicable regulations. * Leadership, effective communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions. **Benefits** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation time, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation premium (prima vacacional). * Opportunities for professional development within the company.
