




Position Summary: Lead comprehensive Human Capital management, ensuring legal compliance, payroll efficiency, and strengthening of organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of training and safety programs **Human Resources Manager** Lead and ensure proper execution of Human Capital processes, guaranteeing legal compliance with the **STPS**, payroll management efficiency, and strengthening of organizational culture through training and asset/industrial safety plans. **Main Responsibilities** * **Legal and Regulatory Compliance:** Comprehensive management of joint committees, compliance with **NOM\-035** and **NOM\-030**, and handling inspections by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare. * **Payroll and Compensation Management:** Supervise payroll calculation, payroll incidents, severance payments, and compliance with related tax obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN). * **Talent Acquisition:** Optimize Recruitment and Selection processes for operational and specialized technology/monitoring profiles. * **Training and Development:** Design the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and ensure registration of plans and programs with the STPS (DC forms). * **Safety and Hygiene:** Implement and supervise industrial safety and occupational health protocols to mitigate workplace risks. * **ISO 9001:2015 :** Quality processes * **Organizational Development:** Job descriptions, KPIs, Nine Box, Culture and Well-being. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related field (degree holder). * **Experience:** Minimum 7 years in managerial positions, preferably in technology services or logistics companies. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Federal Labor Law and Social Security Law. * Current STPS regulations. * BUK implementation (desirable) * ERP system proficiency * **Soft Skills:** Resilient leadership, assertive communication, results-oriented mindset, and strong negotiation skills.
