




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Personnel Manager to supervise daily personnel operations, resolve incidents, and ensure goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Problem resolution with a sense of urgency and results-oriented focus BETTER; We are a strategic partner providing nationwide recruitment, training, development, and specialization services for human capital (Sales Force) We are looking for a Personnel Manager to oversee the daily management of our point-of-sale staff and remotely track operational incidents A C T I V I T I E S * Supervise and monitor daily operations of operational staff. * Identify, validate, and resolve staffing-related incidents or issues (absences, turnover, staff reports, etc.) * Maintain constant communication with department heads, supervisors, and point-of-sale team members to ensure smooth operations * Ensure achievement of bank-established targets * Staff roster, contract, and personnel file management * Request and track severance calculations and termination processes * Manage and track productivity letters and commitment letters * Monitor regional targets and provide periodic progress reports * Resolve problems with a sense of urgency * Communicate monthly targets to Team Leaders and SWAT Leaders W H A T W E S E E K ? * Proactivity, stress tolerance, and problem-solving orientation * Effective communication skills * Results-driven mindset * Strong sense of urgency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) * Flawless execution O F F E R * Monthly salary of $12,000.00 net, paid biweekly + $1,000.00 bonus * Statutory benefits from day one * Paid and ongoing training * Provision of work tools (laptop, company mobile network) * Medium-term growth opportunities within the company * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Medical expense insurance * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
