Focused on fostering an optimal work environment and organizational development. **Department:** Human Capital **Reports to:** Human Capital Directorate **Job Objective:** Leads the talent management strategy aligned with company and employee objectives to foster an optimal organizational work climate and professional development of human capital. Responsible for Recruitment and Selection, Training, Culture, and Labor Compliance; acts as a pillar and essential strategic partner to senior leadership. **Main Responsibilities:** * Employee Lifecycle Management * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Manage headcount of over 100 employees * Maintain employee personnel files * Manage databases for departmental control * Coordinate onboarding and probationary period follow-up * Manage employee separations, exit interviews, and termination agreements * Compensation and Benefits Administration * Track attendance incidents (absences, overtime, disabilities) for payroll processing * Administer physical and digital personnel files per audit criteria * Process IMSS affiliation changes (registrations, cancellations, modifications); prepare preliminary payroll * Organizational Development and Climate * Implement training programs and monitor the staff skills matrix * Coordinate organizational climate surveys and compliance with NOM-035 * Organize team-building events and internal communications * Legal Compliance and Reporting * Manage ST-7 forms * Prepare monthly reports on turnover, absenteeism, and departmental KPIs **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; postgraduate degree/MBA preferred * **Experience:** 3 years of experience in similar roles * **Competencies:** Leadership, strategic vision, negotiation, effective communication, and high emotional intelligence **Schedule:** Monday–Friday 8:00–17:30 and Saturdays 8:00–13:00 ADDRESS: JILOTEPEC 310 COL LA ROMANA TLALNEPANTLA DE BAZ C.P. 54030 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
