Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (preferably in transportation or logistics companies). Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and strong communication abilities. Experience managing operational staff (e.g., drivers) is preferred. **Responsibilities** Support in recruitment and selection processes (posting job vacancies, conducting initial interviews, and preparing personnel files). Integration and updating of personnel files for drivers and administrative staff. Support in hiring processes and delivery of required documentation. Tracking expiration dates of driver’s licenses, medical examinations, and other mandatory documentation for drivers. Control and distribution of uniforms and personal protective equipment. Support in driver certification processes through RCONTROL.
