




Job Summary: We are seeking nursing professionals for fieldwork, data management, training, and patient support, with a focus on personalized care and administrative-clinical follow-up. Administrative and clinical follow-up of patients. **We are looking for your talent as:** Field Nurse, Data Manager, Training Nurse, Navigator Nurse, Clinical Monitor, PSP Nurse. **Requirements:** * Passion for fieldwork in various hospitals * Availability to travel regularly (Oaxaca, Veracruz, and Tlaxcala) * Registered Nurse or Nursing Technician; degree and professional license mandatory. **Prior experience in:** * Administrative and clinical management of patients * Administrative work, follow-up, and reporting * 1 year in Patient Support Programs (PSP) (Preferred) * Database management (Preferred) * ERP systems (Preferred) **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized care to each patient. * Train patients and/or caregivers and clarify questions regarding device operation. * Follow up on patient registration in the program. * Schedule appointments for training sessions. * Deliver training on device usage. * Monitor outcomes. * Request, verify, and safeguard privacy notices and informed consent forms; enter patient data into the CRM. * Consolidate, analyze, and report statistical information on patients undergoing enrollment and valuation studies. * Ensure that patients enrolled in the Program have all required documentation properly signed, and maintain internal tracking of patients undergoing enrollment. * Enter information related to enrolled patients and those undergoing valuations into the appropriate platforms (CRM). * Generate pharmacovigilance reports.
