Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on low-voltage electrical installations, lighting systems, plumbing, furniture, surfaces, finishes, and roofing. Verify the proper operation of basic systems (lighting, water, gas). Verify the operation of specialized systems such as air conditioning, sanitary networks and drainage, cafeteria equipment, and access systems. Follow up on internal maintenance reports received via email, internal systems, or in person. Follow up on corrective actions arising from inspection rounds. Supervise external suppliers providing specialized maintenance services. Support the installation, relocation, and adaptation of furniture, office equipment, and internal signage. Coordinate with the building administration team of Pabellón M regarding general services, maintenance of common areas, access points, elevators, and climate control. Document completed work, materials used, and report incidents to the Facilities Coordinator. Support in addressing safety, civil protection, and general facility condition audits. **Requirements:** Completed technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, or related field. **Work Experience** Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles, preferably in corporate buildings, plants, or hospitals. Experience in general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, furniture, air conditioning). Experience in finishes, drywall, masonry, medium- and low-voltage electricity. Proficiency with high-speed tools, electrical inspection equipment, and drain cleaning equipment. Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, architectural plans, and engineering drawings. Desirable experience supervising staff or contractors.
