




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate schedules, manage administrative procedures, create reports, and coordinate appointments with suppliers, with a focus on efficiency and organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages daily schedules and administrative procedures. 2. Creates and tracks process validation reports. 3. Coordinates and follows up on appointments with suppliers. Requirements: \* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (graduated or in progress) \* Age 25–35 \* Own vehicle (preferred) \* Valid driver's license Responsibilities: Daily schedule management for the director Per diem expense verification Administrative procedure management Creation and tracking of process validation reports Coordination and follow-up on appointments with suppliers Skills: \* Strong verbal communication skills \* Excellent writing ability \* Responsible \* Sense of urgency and prioritization \* Professional appearance \* Standard vehicle operation No transportation issues in Saldarriaga neighborhood, El Marqués, Querétaro.
