




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to manage communication with customers, monitor vehicles, and address needs in the freight transportation sector. Key Highlights: 1. WE ARE HIRING A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT **REQUIREMENTS**: * 1 year of customer service experience * Experience in the logistics field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Minimum education: High School Diploma * Strong verbal communication skills **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Communicate with customers regarding their routes (via phone, WhatsApp, and/or email) * Monitor assigned vehicles * Inform customers about the status and location of their cargo * Send emails and make calls to notify customers of any issues * Submit reports as requested by customers * Notify customers of route delays * Coordinate in advance with operational coordinators to schedule routes * Record vehicle entry and exit times in internal drive systems * Conduct follow-up sessions with customers to resolve questions and listen to their needs **WE OFFER**: * Statutory benefits: * 15-day Christmas bonus * Savings fund ($100 per week) * 25% vacation premium * Statutory vacation days * 100% IMSS registration * Weekly payroll payment via Banorte * Grocery vouchers worth $269 (already included in salary) SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM /// Saturday 8:30 AM–1:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
