**Position Objective** Provide personalized service to a group of members, ensuring sustained portfolio growth and effective collections through close accompaniment, continuous follow-up, and placement and recovery strategies within the financial business. **Required Profile** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (preferably in economics, administration, or related fields). * Personal vehicle (motorcycle or car). * Valid driver’s license. * Minimum of **6 months’ experience in collections and customer service**, preferably in the financial sector. * Availability for field and office work. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily management of placement and collections for the assigned portfolio. * Conduct collection and follow-up calls to customers. * Carry out preventive and corrective visits to prospects and members. * Provide customer service calls and support. * Deliver personalized service to a group of members, ensuring portfolio growth and achievement of collection targets. * Capture and validate new prospect files. * Train and provide ongoing support to members to strengthen their performance and retention. * Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned members. **Key Skills** * Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Organization and follow-up capability. * Ability to work in the field. * Service attitude and commercial focus. **We Offer** * **Weekly salary** * **Attractive commission scheme** * **Transportation allowance** * **Savings fund**.
