WE ARE SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT **Job Objective:** Provide administrative support to the Collections department through documentation organization, control, and archiving, ensuring information completeness and up-to-dateness to facilitate team management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Digital file compilation per client. * Invoice and account statement filing and control. * Organization of payment supplements and administrative supporting documents. * Document classification by portfolio status. * Data entry into Excel reports. * System status updates. * Support in reviewing pending documents. * Preparation of information for weekly and monthly closings. * Maintenance of organized digital folders. * Internal follow-up on missing documentation. * Support in basic administrative reconciliations. **Education:** * Completed bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Experience:** * Not mandatory (Social service, professional internships, or basic administrative experience are valued) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
