Collaborative and challenging work environment We are looking for a **Dispatcher/Installation Analyst** to join our team, ensuring seamless communication, optimal resource allocation, and achievement of objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the **central point of contact** between field engineers and the bank’s counterpart. * Plan, coordinate, and dispatch work orders, assigning them to the most suitable engineering personnel based on location, skills, and priority. * Monitor field activity progress in real time, ensuring compliance with deadlines and protocols established by the bank. * Manage and report incidents, ensuring rapid and effective escalation for resolution. * Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal teams and the bank’s supervisors. * Update and manage tracking systems, activity reports, and related documentation. * Optimize routes and resources to maximize service efficiency. **What We Offer:** * **Attractive Base Salary:** $10,000 MXN gross monthly. * **Performance Bonus:** Up to an additional $2,000 MXN monthly, based on achievement of agreed metrics. **Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements After Probation Period:** * **Major Medical Expense Insurance (MMEI).** * **Additional paid sick leave days.** **Stable Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. * Collaborative and challenging work environment.
