We are seeking: **PERSONAL ASSISTANT** RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in departmental activities Calendar management Request quotations for material purchases, receive quotations, review them, and submit them to the direct supervisor for review Organize meetings Data entry and information control Handle management’s personal requests (supermarket, dry cleaning, official procedures) REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Public Relations or related field Excellent appearance Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position Outstanding communication and writing skills Valid driver’s license Ability to drive automatic and/or standard transmission vehicles WE OFFER: Competitive salary Biweekly payment Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturdays, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term, Probationary period, Trainee Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
