




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer for a role in the quality area, focused on report generation, corrective action tracking, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the quality and processes area 2. Responsible for reports and corrective action tracking 3. Direct interaction with customers Specific Responsibilities: * Generate quality notifications with detailed information. * Relevant defect charts for processes * Issue quality alerts * Prepare quality meeting minutes * Generate customer claim reports * Generate 8D reports * Track corrective actions * Track validation department activities Education: * Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, etc.) Experience: * In the quality area * Customer service * Knowledge of measurement systems * Knowledge of Six Sigma Language: * English 70% Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,200.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) * Six Sigma: 1 year (Preferred) * Quality: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
