




**Position Objective** Support the timely and accurate preparation of payroll, managing employee data, benefits, and legal compliance to maintain talent satisfaction and alignment with the Compensation Manual. **Key Responsibilities** * Record and verify attendance, overtime, and payroll-related events (vacations, medical leaves, terminations). * Prepare benefit settlements (year-end bonus, vacations, severance payments) in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. * Process payroll vouchers in software and generate reports for accounting. * Archive physical/digital payroll documentation with absolute confidentiality. * Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay slips, deductions, and benefits. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (partial bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: 1\-2 years in payroll or administrative roles; knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS. * Excel * Payroll software * Office 365 (Outlook, Word). **Competency Profile:** * Results-oriented with strict adherence to biweekly/monthly deadlines. * Analytical ability to identify inconsistencies in salary data. * Teamwork. * Proactivity in continuously learning about labor reforms (e.g., progressive workweek reduction 2027\-2030\). **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 48 hours per week (aligned with progressive reduction). **Base Salary:** $14,000\-$16,000 MXN monthly \+ enhanced benefits, grocery vouchers, and savings fund. **Benefits:** Continuous training, wellness program, funeral expense coverage.
