We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant**. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support in payments, credit, collections, and invoicing. - Invoice inquiry via SAT portal. - Invoicing 4.0 - Intermediate Excel proficiency - Experience using an ERP system for administration - Basic accounting concepts - Management of accounts payable and receivable. Requirements: * High school diploma * Basic knowledge of accounting We offer: * Between $12,000 monthly gross salary * + Monthly bonus after probation period * Direct employment contract, IMSS coverage * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
