We specialize in medical equipment, providing comprehensive solutions to both public and private sectors, underpinned by a firm social commitment: contributing to improved healthcare services in Mexico through quality, professionalism, dedication, and excellence. **POSITION:** Administrative Assistant **EDUCATION:** * Official high school diploma required. **PROVEN WORK EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum of 1 year in this role or a related position. * SAP experience preferred. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Invoicing. * Management of physical and digital documents and files. * Report preparation. * Customer service. * SAP (preferred). **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, on-site. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of **$13,100**, paid via payroll. * Statutory benefits and benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Annual bonus. **BENEFITS EXCEEDING STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS:** * 45-day year-end bonus. * Monthly food vouchers of $700 net, in addition to salary. * Monthly restaurant vouchers of $2,400 net, in addition to salary. * Additional non-working days beyond statutory requirements. * Accident insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * Free medical and psychological care for the employee or one family member.
