




Position Summary: Lead and supervise accounting and financial activities to ensure regulatory compliance, provide accurate information, and optimize economic resources. Key Highlights: 1. Resource optimization and financial stability **OBJECTIVE:** Lead and supervise the company’s accounting and financial activities, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and accounting regulations. Provide accurate and appropriate financial information to support strategic decision-making, optimize economic resources, and ensure the company’s financial stability. **KNOWLEDGE IN:** * **Procurement and supply chain** processes * **Cost analysis and control** for procurement * **Inventory control** * **Warehouse management** (receipts, shipments, turnover, and minimum stock) * Physical vs. accounting inventory reconciliation * Basic **logistics** (receiving, storage, and distribution) * Control of **purchase orders, requisitions, and invoicing** * Accounting integration of procurement, inventory, and assets * Procurement and warehouse performance indicators (turnover, shrinkage, cost) * Financial accounting * Accounting legislation * Financial analysis * Treasury management **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in accounting and/or finance. * Recommended age: 30 to 50 years. * Must reside in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche.
