Experience: * Desirable 3 to 5 years performing duties related to the position. Skills: * Accuracy in administrative and tax management. * Analytical ability for interpreting financial reports. * Detailed organization and supervision of processes. * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools. * Data analysis skills (Intermediate Excel). * Excellent financial and quantitative capabilities. * Self-management and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge: * Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and accounting laws. * Tools for tax strategy and management. * Understanding of internal control processes and inventory management. * SAT applications, ERP software, and tax software. Responsibilities: Tax Strategy * Define optimal tax strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and tax efficiency. * Preparation and analysis of financial statements with profit margins. Tax and Administrative Compliance * Timely filing of tax returns, contributions, and other tax-related procedures. * Compliance with financial audits. * Ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations within established deadlines. * Generating and supervising administrative processes related to payroll. * Collaborating with other departments to optimize accounting and financial processes. Income and Expenses * Recording income and expenses in accounting systems. * Bank reconciliations and financial reports related to cash movements. * Supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records. Monthly Financial Closing * Submit monthly financial closing within the first 5 days of the month. * Compare results against established budgets and propose corrective actions for variances. Variable Expenses * Supervise variable expenses and propose strategies to optimize operational costs.
