Customer service without sales or campaigns 2. Direct contract 3. User follow-up and support **CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE – Direct contract with Grupo Salinas** **WE ARE LOCATED AT MB DR. GALVEZ** We are seeking a **Telephone Executive / Female Telephone Executive** to provide customer service in our Telephone Support area. ***NO SALES \- NO CAMPAIGNS – DIRECT CONTRACT.*** **Objective**: Provide service and follow-up for Banco Azteca’s digital media services to ensure prompt user response. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver high-quality service by advising users on questions regarding their scheduled visit by the Credit Executive. * Conduct follow-ups to reactivate the Credit Executive’s visit. * Assist users with their inquiries. * Manage follow-up on credit line approval status, visit status, and incidents. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in call centers, sales, or telephone support. * Objection handling, self-management, active listening, and oral communication skills. * Education: Completed high school. * Must have schedule flexibility to work weekends. **Value Proposition:** * Social security. * 12 days of vacation per year as stipulated by law. * Life insurance. * Weekly payroll. * Employee discounts at Elektra, Italika, Benelli, Hero, and Total Play stores. * GS Contract (Not a campaign). * **Schedule**: Monday to Sunday: 8 AM–5 PM, 9 AM–6 PM, and 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.
