Professional development in a dynamic work environment **Field Administrative Assistant (Cumbres, García area)** **Own vehicle or residence in the area is mandatory.** **Part-time** Responsibilities: * Payment validation and reconciliation for accreditation via platform. * Management of payments to suppliers and service providers. * Income and expense management and control. * Monthly activity and cash flow reporting. * Updating information in digital and physical folders. * Customer service via phone, email, in person, and WhatsApp (not a call center). * Follow-up on overdue accounts receivable and collections. * Analysis of future projects and improvement initiatives. * Billing and expense reconciliation. * Reservation scheduling. * Supervision of areas and suppliers. **We offer:** Continuous training.
