**RH PLANNING is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Querétaro, Querétaro** ------------------------------------------------------------------- Location: Querétaro Requirements: * Education: Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * 2\-3 years of experience in technical B2B sales for industry and coordination within commercial teams (preferred). * Intermediate English. Preferred. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability for field work. Responsibilities: * Achieve and exceed the monthly sales target for the assigned territory. * Manage and develop the portfolio of industrial clients—both existing and those assigned to the territory. * Prospect and acquire new strategic clients. * Lead, accompany, and strengthen the sales advisory team during client visits, strategy development, and deal closures. * Coordinate commercial activities within the territory and follow up on quotations and key projects. * Conduct regular visits to manufacturing plants and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, and Production departments. * Coordinate with internal teams to develop technical and commercial proposals. * Prepare performance reports and ensure training and development of the team under supervision.
