Attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Grupo Tarahumara** is looking for: ### **Quality Inspector – Fruits and Vegetables** At **Grupo Tarahumara**, we seek talent committed to quality and food safety, ensuring our products meet the standards required by our customers. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Issue inspection reports for merchandise stored in sales floors according to customer specifications. * Submit reports on delayed merchandise per sales floor. * Inform the Product Coordinator of any evolving issues affecting quality. * Verify proper storage conditions (temperature, compatibility, and organization), as well as cleanliness in cold rooms and transit areas. * Report inventory losses to the inventory department with corresponding supporting documentation. * Provide instructions to the re-packing department for inspections of fruit destined for sales floors. * Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles. * Prepare delayed products for sampling and expedite their movement. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and implementation of the 5S methodology in work areas. ### **Occasional Responsibilities** * Inspections of local purchases and incoming shipments. * Activation, placement, and registration of thermographs on platforms. * Placement of security seals with photographic evidence. * Follow-up and investigation of customer complaints upon request from the Head of Quality. ### **Desired Profile** * Experience in quality inspection of fruits and vegetables. * Knowledge of post-harvest handling and shelf-life control. * Basic proficiency in digital platforms and reporting. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork.
