




**FITSI TECAMACHALCO,** we are looking for an **Operational Coordinator** who wants to join our team. **Requirements:** * Administrative degree, currently studying or graduated. * Experience managing maintenance, cleaning, and staff personnel. * One year of experience in operational coordination or assistant management, preferably in sports clubs. **Responsibilities:** Supervision of operational area staff; you will be in charge of the club’s shift—either opening or closing—and responsible for maintenance and cleaning personnel, supplier relations, purchase order follow-up, and payroll incident validation for staff. Ensure the facilities operate correctly at all times. **Area-specific responsibilities:** **Customer Service:** * Follow up on user complaints and suggestions to ensure satisfaction. **Maintenance:** * Ensure proper operation of the club, including: locker rooms, fitness areas, meeting rooms, reception, sales, swimming pool, and equipment. * Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff. * Conduct inspections across different club areas. * Delegate, supervise, and ensure completion of assigned tasks per shift. **Security:** * Control and operation of Safety and Civil Protection programs. * Activate emergency procedures in case of an incident. **Supervision:** * Review logbooks with area supervisors. * Supervise work performed by maintenance staff, general services staff, trainers, receptionists, and sales staff. **Reporting:** * Opening and closing checklists. * Inspections. * Development and follow-up of work plans with general services and maintenance staff. * Management of preventive maintenance for equipment through internal control logbooks. * Maintenance and supplies inventories to optimize budgetary resource efficiency. **Personnel Management:** * Conduct interviews to fill vacancies. * Payroll incident reporting. * Effective meetings with staff. **Required Skills:** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Time management. * Decision making. **Professional Competencies:** * Customer service. * Knowledge of operational processes. * Data analysis and evaluation. * Adaptability and flexibility. * Ethics and professionalism. **Rotating Shift Schedule:** Availability to rotate shifts from 05:00 am to 13:00, 10:00 to 18:00, and/or closing shift from 17:00 to 00:00 Monday through Friday; Saturday and Sunday availability from 07:00 to 20:00; 8-hour shifts with one weekend day off. **Work Location: FITSI TECAMACHALCO**, AVENIDA FUENTES DE MOLINO 49-B, COL.
