Growth opportunity **Job Description** A freight transportation company is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator**, responsible for managing transportation operations, strengthening commercial relationships, and ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and quality- and safety-compliant services. **Job Objective** Develop and strengthen the customer portfolio, quote transportation services, and coordinate trip logistics—ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (preferred) * Minimum **2 years of experience in transportation or fleet management** * Experience in **transportation service quotation** * Proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office suite** * Knowledge of **transportation routes, logistics, and regulatory compliance** * Skills in **negotiation, leadership, communication, and personnel management** **Main Responsibilities** **Commercial Area** * Prospecting and developing new customers * Providing personalized customer service * Quoting and negotiating rates * Updating and analyzing service costs **Administrative Management** * Document control: quotations, contracts, customers, and vehicles * Sales history analysis for commercial strategies * Tracking complaints, incidents, and suggestions * Coordination with internal departments **Logistics Coordination** * Scheduling and monitoring of transportation services * Resource planning (human, material, and financial) * Documentation control (permits, insurance, inspections) * Updating vehicle logbooks **Operational Management** * Monitoring vehicle maintenance * Controlling and authorizing operational expenses * Analyzing historical cost data * Managing fines and incidents * Training drivers **Additional Responsibilities** * Responding to and following up on emergencies or accidents **Employment Offer** * Monthly salary: **$10,000 to $12,000 (based on experience)** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunity **Working Hours** * Monday–Friday: 9:00 am–6:00 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am–2:00 pm **Position Type** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
