(Intern and/or graduate). * Knowledge of the microfinance market. * Management of group and individual loans, understanding of numerical data. * Supervise adherence to credit origination, renewal, and client follow-up processes. * Supervise and monitor scheduled meetings between advisors and their prospects and clients through home visits, aiming to reinforce and ensure successful credit disbursement. * Authorize on-site credit disbursement, adhering to financial inclusion processes and methodology. * Conduct daily follow-up on the implementation of collection strategies. * Personnel management. * Team building, negotiation skills, leadership. * Sales and collections. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * 80% fieldwork, 20% office work.
