




Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration and/or incomplete degree. (Intern and/or graduate). * Knowledge of the microfinance market. * Management of group and individual credits, understanding of numerical data. * Supervise adherence to credit origination, renewal, and client follow-up processes. * Supervise and monitor scheduled meetings conducted by advisors with prospects and clients through home visits, to reinforce and ensure credit disbursement. * Authorize on-site credit disbursement, adhering to financial inclusion processes and methodology. * Daily follow-up on the implementation of collection strategies. * Personnel management. * Team building, negotiation skills, leadership. * Sales and collections. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
