You will be the cornerstone in ensuring goal attainment, managing a pyramid-shaped structure that includes direct supervision of team leaders and indirect oversight of cambaceo promoter groups. Key Responsibilities: \* Team Leadership: Supervise and conduct daily follow-up with Zone Supervisors to ensure their promoter teams meet established KPIs. \* Territory Strategy: Design and assign effective work routes within the Iztapalapa area and surrounding zones. \* Metrics Monitoring: Analyze sales, prospecting, and closing reports to implement immediate improvement plans. \* Training: Ensure both supervisors and promoters master customer engagement techniques and product knowledge. \* Administrative Control: Report incidents, attendance, and results directly to management. Requirements: \* Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years coordinating field sales, cambaceo, or mass sales (financial, telecommunications, or service sectors). \* Skills: Personnel management, conflict resolution, resilience, and strong focus on objective achievement. \* Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Iztapalapa area. \* Education: High school diploma (in progress or completed; preferred).
