Industrial Customer Prospecting and Retention Job Objective Drive sales and growth for Soldimex through customer prospecting, service, and follow-up, ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction through integrated solutions in manufacturing, maintenance, and hydraulic systems for industrial waste handling. Main Responsibilities Commercial Management and Sales * Prepare quotations and technical-commercial proposals for industrial sector customers. * Negotiate delivery conditions, pricing, and payment terms in accordance with internal policies. * Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing until project closure. * Coordinate with Projects and Operations departments regarding material availability, timelines, and deliveries. * Manage the entire sales process: from prospecting to after-sales service. * Conduct site surveys and project cost estimation. Customer Service and Market Development * Address requests and requirements from both new and existing customers. * Develop strategies to attract, retain, and retain industrial customers. * Identify business opportunities in the metal-mechanical and industrial waste handling sectors. * Follow up on collections in coordination with Administration. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous service. * Participate in industry and metal-mechanical sector exhibitions, fairs, or events.
