Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor with experience in customer service campaigns, responsible for training, organizing, and motivating telemarketers to ensure achievement of objectives. Responsibility for continuous training and monitoring of telemarketers. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree (final semesters), preferably in Administration; beneficial if certified in sales, customer service, CRM management (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), sales techniques, and negotiation courses. * Dynamic and proactive individual. * Strong analytical skills. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor. * Experience in various customer service campaigns. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and maintain initial and ongoing training programs for telemarketers. * Organize daily development and implementation of campaigns. * Ensure campaign objectives are met. * Ensure operators receive necessary training to apply optimal skills and knowledge in their campaigns. * Assist, monitor, and resolve customer complaints and inquiries. * Develop strategies to improve campaign efficiency. * Update telemarketer databases. * Ensure correct system coding at all times. * Assign schedules, monitor operator attendance, schedule breaks, and manage shift changes as needed. * Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the retention department and/or other involved departments. * Set campaign productivity targets based on performance analysis. * Organize and coordinate the telemarketing team across campaigns, while motivating, supporting, and advising any operator.
