Interdepartmental coordination Rotogravure Press Operator Technical Knowledge * Rotogravure printing process. * Handling of solvent-based / water-based inks. * Reading production orders and technical sheets. * Use of measuring instruments (densitometer, viscometer). * Types of substrates (BOPP, PET, PE, paper, etc.). * Basic quality and food safety standards. Responsibilities: * Set up and operate the rotogravure press according to production orders. * Mount and dismount cylinders, blades, and ink systems. * Adjust registration, pressure, speed, and drying. * Verify print quality (color, registration, density, and finish). * Perform efficient job changeovers and startups. * Identify and correct basic equipment malfunctions. * Maintain production records, waste tracking, and downtime logs. * Comply with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards (5S). * Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supervision teams.
