Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to ensure optimal operation of machinery, meet production schedules, and maintain quality standards at a corrugated box manufacturing company. Material quality verification and compliance with specifications IMPORTANT: CORRUGATED BOX MANUFACTURING COMPANY REQUIRES: **"PRODUCTION OPERATOR"** **Education Level:** Technical high school diploma in machinery and tools or high school diploma **Industry:** CORRUGATED BOX MANUFACTURING **Experience:** 1 year as a PRODUCTION OPERATOR in manufacturing or corrugated box plants **Responsibilities:** Ensure adherence to operating instructions specified in the Work Instruction Sheet; ensure the machine operates at maximum speed. Properly monitor the operation of your sheeting machine and immediately report any malfunctions to the Supervisor or Production Manager. Meet the production schedule as specified in the order. Verify that the order complies with specifications. Inspect the roll before mounting it and report any possible defects to Quality personnel or the Shift Supervisor. Clean rolls identified by Quality as having excessive dust or lint. Take corrective action on damaged rolls (crescent-shaped damage) and remove the damaged portion. Stop machine operation in case of malfunction; correct minor malfunctions independently or notify the Supervisor for expert technician intervention in case of major malfunctions. Feed the Vorne system correctly according to specifications. Perform monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual preventive maintenance on the machine and accurately complete the maintenance history form for any inquiries or clarifications. Collect samples during the process (2 per pallet). Verify that material meets specifications during the cutting process. SALARY Salary: $14,700 STATUTORY BENEFITS Work schedule: Monday to Saturday 1st shift: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Wednesdays: 12-hour shift from 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Thursdays: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM. 2nd shift: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Wednesdays: 12-hour shift from 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM.
