Participation in root cause analysis of failures **Job Objective** Ensure continuous operation of production equipment by executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, guaranteeing safe working conditions and compliance with quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery (blow extrusion). Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures. Respond promptly to line stoppages to minimize downtime. Perform adjustments, component replacements, and equipment calibrations. Comply with established maintenance programs. Record activities in logbooks and systems (SAP / internal forms). Comply with safety guidelines (LOTO, use of PPE, safety rules). Support installation of new equipment or technical improvements. Participate in root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
