




Position Summary: We are seeking a leader for a critical role in managing digitalization projects, coordinating teams, supervising processes, and resolving issues to ensure efficient execution and quality. Problem solving and continuous performance improvement We seek individuals who will assume a fundamental leadership and management role to guarantee efficient execution, quality, and achievement of digitalization project objectives. This role is responsible for team coordination, process supervision, and resolution of issues arising during digitalization. **Key Responsibilities** * Assign tasks and responsibilities to the operations team. * Establish clear and efficient workflows. * Supervise daily performance. * Resolve queries and provide guidance to the team on project procedures and criteria. * Collect data and prepare periodic reports on progress, identified issues, and actions taken. * Provide constructive feedback to the team to improve their performance **Required Profile** * Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) supervising work teams, preferably in digitalization projects, document management, or data processing, etc. * Experience implementing and monitoring quality control processes. * Advanced proficiency in operating systems (Windows), file and folder navigation, and productivity software (spreadsheets, word processors, presentation tools). * Familiarity with various types of scanners and image capture and processing software. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
