





The Bending Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining bending equipment to ensure that produced parts meet specified technical requirements and established quality standards. Additionally, the operator must interpret technical drawings, make precise adjustments to machinery, and collaborate closely with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and maintenance. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The operator is also expected to participate in training new employees, contribute to continuous process improvement, and maintain accurate production and maintenance records. Operate and supervise CNC and manual bending machines. Read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications. Make precise machine adjustments to meet tolerance requirements. Inspect bent parts to ensure product quality. Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes. Record production data and report incidents. Train new operators on machine operation. Comply with industrial safety regulations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
