Direct, coordinate, and control all administrative, financial, labor, and documentary processes of the company. Ensure proper cash flow through timely and accurate invoicing, accounts receivable control and follow-up, service validation, and expense control. Supervise the billing, maintenance, operations, and human resources departments, guaranteeing orderly, profitable, and legally risk-free operations. Plan and manage actions that help achieve established objectives and comply with company policies, criteria, and budgets. Strong ability to manage budgets, optimize processes, supervise work teams, and maintain documentary and operational control.
