Job Objective Lead the team in operational processes related to merchandise handling. Main Responsibilities Ensure smooth execution of receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes. * Analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement areas and implement necessary changes. * Monitor and track operational and personnel incidents. * Verify correct merchandise loading during order fulfillment. * Ensure proper merchandise handling during transportation and stacking. * Ensure proper use and functionality of work tools. * Verify correct use of PPE in the work area. Candidate Profile Experience in Logistics Operations and personnel management * Goal- and target-oriented. * Works well under pressure, achievement-focused, effective communicator, and team player.
