Strengthening staff skills A prominent textile company is seeking **Sewing Instructors (Garment Construction)** Profile Education: High school diploma or technical degree preferred Experience: 1 year in a similar position Knowledge: · Garment construction processes · Production processes · AAMT training program methodology · Overlock, collar, flat, and straight sewing machines Job Objective Train and develop newly hired sewing personnel to ensure achievement of production targets and efficiency levels. This includes conducting onboarding training, evaluating operational skills, and monitoring performance through metrics such as efficiency, capacity, and learning curves. It also involves ensuring proper use of production methods and machinery, as well as tracking individual operator productivity. Finally, it contributes to departmental growth through continuous training and strengthening of staff skills.
