Responsibility and commitment **Full Job Description** **Objective:** The Night Watchman is responsible for monitoring and protecting the construction site facilities during night shifts or periods when no labor activity is taking place, ensuring the security of assets, equipment, and materials. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic surveillance rounds throughout the facilities to detect potential intrusions, damages, or irregularities. * Supervise and control access to the facilities during the shift, permitting entry only for authorized personnel to prevent theft or damage to materials, tools, and equipment located on-site. **Requirements:** * Education: Basic schooling (preferred). * Experience: Prior experience in surveillance or security positions (desirable). * Availability to work night shifts. * Responsibility and commitment. * Punctuality.
