Main Responsibilities Provide personalized attention to customers. * Perform and record motorcycle servicing. * Schedule visits to service centers and/or self-service stores for motorcycle assembly and activation. * Validate and process warranty claims. * Responsible for inventory control and restocking. * Manage daily service income reports and documentation. Candidate Profile Experience: 2 years as a workshop supervisor specializing in motorcycles. * Skills: Customer service attitude, leadership, organization, ability to assign and delegate responsibilities, mechanical knowledge, tool handling, empathy, honesty, integrity, and teamwork.
