Job Summary:
Professional responsible for defining, implementing, and supervising industrial safety, occupational health, environmental, and asset security systems across multiple plants.

Key Responsibilities
1 Industrial Safety
* Define, implement, and supervise the industrial safety system at the Monterrey, Puebla, and Saltillo plants
* Lead identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks (risk assessment) related to facilities, processes, and personnel
* Ensure standardization of safety practices and procedures across plants
* Coordinate internal audits and respond to external audits (STPS, Civil Protection)
* Supervise proper formation and operation of emergency response teams
* Ensure implementation and effectiveness of contingency plans
* 2 Occupational Health
* Design and implement the occupational health strategy for the three plants
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (IMSS, STPS)
* Manage preventive programs (ergonomics, medical surveillance, industrial hygiene)
* Analyze health and absenteeism trends to define preventive actions
* Supervise occupational medical care and case follow-up

* Ensure compliance with environmental regulatory frameworks at the three plants
* Coordinate management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
* Supervise environmental monitoring (emissions, discharges, etc.)
* Manage environmental audits and liaison with authorities (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA)
* Drive sustainability initiatives and reduce environmental impact.
* Define and implement asset security strategies across the three plants
* Supervise surveillance systems, access control, and asset protection
Salary: $3,000\.00 \- $3,500\.00 per week
