Job Summary: Ensure the operation, maintenance, and resource management of a development, guaranteeing an excellent experience for customers and visitors through staff supervision and execution of work plans. Key Points: 1. Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the assigned development. 2. Manage resources and guarantee customer and visitor satisfaction. 3. Supervise staff and execute work plans to achieve objectives. ### **Job Objective:** Ensure the proper operation of the assigned development, guaranteeing maintenance, appropriate resource management, and an excellent experience for customers and visitors, through staff supervision, operational control, and execution of work plans focused on achieving objectives. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or related field * Preferred age: over 25 years old * Flexible schedule availability * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle * Experience supervising staff * Experience in operations of real estate developments, hospitality, or services (desirable) * No transportation or mobility issues * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment ### **Desired Knowledge** * Operational management * Real estate processes * Customer service and attention * Internal control and budget management * Marketing and commercial strategies * Facility maintenance * Administrative procedures and management ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff of the development * Ensure proper maintenance of facilities * Manage resources, income, and expenses of the development * Develop and monitor work plans * Budget control and monitoring * Guarantee customer and visitor satisfaction * Implement customer service improvement strategies * Apply policies for sales and purchase processes * Management of administrative procedures * Supervise achievement of operational and commercial goals * Delinquency control and collection follow-up * Payment processing for fixed expenses * Customer and Homeowners’ Association (HOA) attention, follow-up, and communication WORK LOCATION: * Jesús María (JM) Development, Jesús María y José (JMJ) Camino a San Rodrigo Supermanzana KM. 1 8, Ex.
